An agent is your personal manager. They represent the player’s interests in both legal and everyday matters:

To begin, the agent must assess the player's level. This involves reviewing the player's statistics on EliteProspects and game footage. If possible, we will send our scout to observe and analyze the player's skills in person. Based on this, we determine the player's level using our new division system.
We select teams for our clients based on their skill level to ensure they can grow professionally rather than sit on the bench. We guarantee that we will do everything possible to help our clients achieve the best results. However, it is important to remember that success ultimately depends on the player themselves.
If a player works with multiple agents simultaneously, it can lead to situations where several different agents offer the player to the same hockey club. This negatively impacts the reputation of the agents and raises questions about the player's reliability. Therefore, it is better to choose one agent whom you are ready to trust completely.
To address this, we have created our new service "Multu U Travel" to assist with obtaining tourist and work visas. We also help with securing residence permits in Europe, Turkey, and other countries upon request.
The higher the player's skill level, the more in demand they are, which means the agent requires less effort to secure their employment. Conversely, when a player is just starting out in "big hockey" and their statistics are less impressive, the agent needs more time and resources to place them in a club. Not all issues can be resolved over the phone or online, so the agent often needs to meet with managers in person, which also consumes resources.
